Unlike the followers of other religions, Christians are believers who as concerns the “old man,” the “body of sin,” are crucified with Christ. They are dead to sin in Him. They have no future as sinners, because they have no possibility of existence as such (Romans 6.2-10; 2 Cor. 5:17). Thus reduced to nullity, dead with Christ, they may also live with Christ, live to God.

What’s behind death?
Romans 7.13
It was not the Law that brought death into life. Rather sin used what is good (the Law) to carry out evil's terrible design. Even so. the outcome was that sin’s true nature was revealed. The Apostle is saying that one cannot see how evil sin is until one realizes that sin takes what is good, that is, a divine command, and uses this to bring death to humankind.

Ancient moon god!
The name Sinai is probably related to Sin (wilderness of) and may even be an alternate spelling (cf. Exodus 16.1; 17.1; Numbers 33.11–12). Sin is one name of the ancient moon god that desert dwellers worshiped. The mountain is also called Horeb, mostly in Deuteronomy (see also 1 Kings 8.9; 19.8; 2 Chronicles 5.10; Psalm 106.19; Malachi 4.4).

Note: The worship of the Moon god " Sin" was widespread and common during the time of Abraham. Contrary to Muslim claims, Abraham was asked to leave Ur of the Chaldees where the moon god Sin was worshipped and migrate to Canaan and worship Jehovah. The Ur of Chaldees is in the region of Babylon. The names of the moon god in Arabia were Wadd, `Amm, Sin, Il Mukah, Hubal and Allah.

Masks & Madness!
She leaned on her brother's lego towers,
Being at that age when everything becomes
An aid to the miracle of mobility. Hers was
To sow disassembly on the industrious fields
Of a sibling's imagination. Innocently.
Far out in the world, men learn
The miracle of walking planes on leashes,
Testicles burning with artificial fire,
Striding into gangling towers
Innocent as placard-carrying activists.
Far out in another world, Hitler and Mao
Compare notes, ruing the slow evolution
Of human imagination. "I'd have built airports,
Not Auschwitz; sent Israel to Canaan
On Economy," Hitler says, in a rare interview.
Mao nods absentmindedly, he spends his days
Building Boeings from the pages of the red
Book. In New York, men settled for suicide,
Hurtled down burning towers, voices willed
To answering machines that reproduce
Every nuance of terror, and leak the smells
Of burning words, burning goodbyes, burning
Skins, burning everything. The journey
Of a thousand stories ends with one step
Into dust, into ash, into the salt from many eyes,
Civilisation toppling at the sound of God's name.
And as for you who wear masks and madness, and chant
God's name in vain: Pack all the fear you can, into
The aisles of a million jets, and watch them explode
Prematurely with a heroism that is not yours — and never will be.

Sinnerman!
Check out this YouTube of David Eugene Edwards (Woven Hand), the long-time front man for those remarkable gothabilly rockers 16 Horsepower singing Sinnerman.
16 Horsepower is not your ordinary Christian country-music band. There’s little hillbilly or cowboy about them. Rather, their subject matter turns on man's sins and breakdown, societies lack of faith, wallowing in a world of superficial possessions... all swallowed up in traumatic soundscapes of `ghostly banjos and a rather pulsation low-end. This music and lyric is not for the faint of heart!
Sinnerman lyrics
o sinnerman where will you run to
sinnerman where will you run to
sinnerman where will you run to
all on that day
run to the mountain
the mountain wont hide you
run to the sea
the sea will not have you
and run to your grave
your grave will not hold you
all on that day
see sinnerman
mountains are falling
sinnerman
the sea it rages
sinnerman
the grave will not hold you
all on that day
run to the lord
lord please hide me
run to the lord
sinnerman
sinnerman
sinnerman
where you gonna run to
all on that day
run to the mountain
the mountain wont hide you
and run to the sea
the sea will not hold you
and run to your grave
the grave will not hide you
all on that day
sinnerman
the mountain is falling
and sinnerman
the sea it rages
and sinnerman
sinnerman
sinnerman
where will you run to
all on that day
the mountain wont hide you
the sea won’t have you
and the grave will not hold you
all on that day
enjoy, ron
